INSURANCE
Customers must maintain comprehensive insurance to rent equipment. This is to be evidenced with an Accord Certificate of Insurance. Kinetic Lighting, Inc. must be listed as “Additional Insured and Loss Payee” on the certificate. Coverage must include General Liability and Property Coverage (including rented and leased property).
EARLY RETURNS
Rentals are always based on weekly periods. If a multi-week rental is returned early, customer may be credited back for all complete weeks subsequent to the early return. On a rental of 1 week or less, if equipment is brought back early, no credit is issued. Once an order leaves Kinetic’s facility, it is considered “Rented.”
PAYMENT
Unless customer has an account with Kinetic, rental orders are payable COD. Kinetic accepts credit cards, check, cash, or money order.
MISSING / DAMAGED EQUIPMENT
Customer is responsible for returning equipment in condition it was received. Missing equipment will be billed to client at full replacement cost. Damaged equipment will be billed to customer for either the cost of returning equipment to working condition, or to replace equipment, which is at Kinetic’s discretion.
EXTENSIONS
Equipment not returned by 10:00AM of the contracted Return Date will generate a billable rental extension.
WARRANTY
Kinetic makes every effort to thoroughly test all equipment before
it leaves the facility. If customer receives equipment that is
not working properly, they must contact Kinetic immediately. Kinetic
will make every effort to remedy the situation. Credit may not
be issued if Kinetic is not notified about malfunctioning equipment
until the equipment is returned.
