Large, Diverse Inventory

Our inventory of stage lighting equipment is vast and deep. We stock equipment from most of the major manufacturers. Our rental equipment includes staples like truss, pipe & base, conventional lighting, dimming, moving lights, and cable. We have one of the widest selections of LED lighting available, as well as white fixtures.

Should you have a question in the rental process that is best suited for a lighting designer to answer, we’ve got you covered there, too. We have full-time lighting designers on staff.

Backup Systems

Our rental operation has built-in redundancy and backup measures in place. Your quotes & orders are stored on a networked system, so if your rental agent is out of the office, someone else can retrieve your order. All data is securely backed up. Our delivery/pickup schedules are also networked and sent to multiple staffers. We have a fleet of vehicles so if one truck has issues, we have an in-house backup.

Quality Control

Rental orders are checked and items counted more than once before they leave our facility. The 2nd count is done by different individuals than those who did the 1st count. Clients are encourage to inspect their rental orders upon pickup and return. All shipments and receipts are documented in writing and clients are given copies of each.
