Insurance
Kinetic requires rental customers to carry liability, property, and auto insurance, as well as worker's compensation insurance. This is to be evidenced by a valid, current certificate of insurance, which must list Kinetic Lighting, Inc. as Additional Insured and Loss Payee.
Rental Period
Rentals are due back by 10:00AM (PST) on the scheduled due back date, as indicated on the rental contract. To extend a rental beyond the contracted rental period, simply contact your Kinetic sales representative and they'll generate an extension contract for you.
Missing/Damaged Equipment
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect equipment upon pickup or delivery. If equipment breaks down in the field, contact Kinetic Lighting immediately and we'll take steps to remedy the situation. Customers are responsible for missing equipment and damaged equipment.
